You don't have to have a PayPal account to buy from the online-store. 

When you get to the checkout there is the option to pay by credit card or
bank account (depending on location). You do not have to sign up to PayPal
to use the credit card payment option.

Note: If you don't have a PayPal account and you choose the option to pay from
your bank account rather than by credit card, it normally takes PayPal around
10 days to clear the payment.   Payment from a PayPal account or credit card will
clear immediately.

Click Continue for card payment without a PayPal account

If you already have a PayPal account just log in as normal.
